its ok just get back up and keep walking i know what its like i have been abused all my life and it may of took me a long time to get up and i keeped geting kicked down but youll get back up

I know what's its like its ok smile you are not alone. I have been physically emotionally and sexually abused but then some one showed me the song never once by Matt Redman it changed my life reminded me that we are not alone ever God is with us
