Listen Loud Just One More Time

A Poem by Neville

Listen Loud Just One More Time

He so wanted to tell her all over again,

just how much he loved her ..

Not only that, but he wanted to chant it

out loud, so the whole world

could hear him and in universal tongues ..

Indeed, all those words he once

dare only release, in near silent whispers

and left in the perfect shells

of both her pretty ears, he so needed to shout

out just once more, but this time to

argue and to resonate like unanimous war drums ..

Life and relationships go from whispers to shouts so easily, leaving at least one person saying to themself "what the hell just happened?"
Wishing you a quiet and sunny morn Nev. Well, at least until the screaming in your head starts up again!

Emotionally available man who doesn’t afraid to show his love… I loved this poem so much. Beautiful work, and powerful as always
