Hello and thank you so much for taking time to visit this page. Some of you will be aware that I have been spending a lot less time in the Cafe recently.

 

Unfortunately, I am under strict doctor’s orders following major eye surgery … but I hope to be back some time after Christmas…

 

In the meantime, I know it is really cheeky of me but thought some of you might be interested to know that my new book ‘Turquoise and Other Shades of Blue’ is now available from Amazon priced at 12 USD or £9.49 sterling…

 

A percentage from each sale will be made directly to cancer and brain tumour research, in memory of my sister-in-law Geraldine who sadly passed away far too soon last year.

Never mind Nev, I'm sure the thrills and spills of the general election will keep you entertained... Or slip you into a coma that will make the festive season zip by.
And you might as well stay in, because its raining/ snowing/ plagues of locusts outside and you know as well as i do that nothing good ever comes from apocalyptic weather. Just close your eyes and keep them rested. And remember, Santa's watching, so be good for goodness sake.
But most of all, from the bottom of my pencil case, have a very marry, commercial exploitation of a once meaningful ocassion.
