I am all dried up

Lost for words and so tongue tied

Not good for an old poet

Hi Neville,
Your author’s note convinced me this is a low point. I think we never run out of words, we just run out of faith in them. The poet is stifled bit by bit...by life and it’s myriad of players.

Lovee the no note for reviewers not, although it speaks of the issue of your write, it is still funny for being a no note note, whilst conveying the lack of words.
A horrible feeling for a poet, for the flow we take for granted to be clouded, bring doubt and confusion.
I usually find myself going in a huff with pen and paper, telling it if it doesnt buck up its ideas, well theres plenty more notepads in the bookstore. I am such a tease that it usually gives in. But be careful, if anyone hears you, you may find yourself in a bouncy room, only to be trusted with crayons. I speak from experience. :)

This summer was like that for me. Chaos and adult children drama left me parched for words. But just like a seasonal drought it won't last much longer.
I say it's a good time to catch up on some reading, before you know, that clean clear canvas will be overflowing.
