Upon Her Ears

Upon Her Ears

A Poem by Neville
"

twas thought not said as he slipped outa bed...

"

Upon Her Ears

At the very same time he brushed aside

That single strand of her night wilden hair

He whispered soft through grey flecked beard

Then

Blew these words upon her ears

Have no fear my love for now although

I let you go I shall return and love thee even more so

Ahh, would it be wrong of me to start by saying that a Sunday isn't a Sunday without Yorkshire pud, roast beef in gravy, carrots and baby trees. Well, that's what I call 'em anyway. :)
Beautifully writen Sir. It sounds similar to my love for my bed, although the pillows are mostly hair free.

Some take time to realise but as long as we come the point of having learnt and do whats right not always best...hunger only comforts when nourished by soul feeding nutrients - sometimes of spirit more than what we see hear touch...🌹
