Do you know what comes to mind here Neville? Well it has to be a high class prostitute who has been servicing both the Judge and probably knobbling the jury to escape justice. You know the kind, like Mandy Rice Davies and Christine Keeler back in the sixties. I am sure there are many women in the past who have used their looks to get away with murder. Sadly the men involved have their brains in their balls. I am laughing while responding and hope you will forgive me if I am completely off target with this one. Much to ponder on so few lines :))

Laugh away, you could be a lot closer than you think our Chris.. many thank you's ma'am :)
ha! they left her alone right? after getting what they want, they acted like they have never met her, or knew her, yes, I think of a prostitute, and that one whom is reaching those to those in the high positions, maybe she has a role to play and do, maybe even a spy... You say corruption is not the same like before, that she gave her body for those judges and jury to save herself and didn't get any help in return, maybe in the past they would have helped her even if a little? now I think of Your poem as being inspired from a scene in a movie, and I say powerful one my friend, and I applaud You for standing with her.

She gets around... covered the whole court yard... both the Judge and the jury! I often wonder what is your source of inspiration and that wonderful mood Of yours, Neville.

We are all accessories to one crime or another, and often those who judge are the ones who should be facing judgment (as the red squiggly line judges my proper English as I write):)

Nobody in the USA could possibly read this without filling in the blanks with our very own years-long stark-raving-mad scandal (reluctantly we call him prez) and he puffs up more & more, a festering sore, as the months go by. When can we finally lance this putrid boil & get back to our country's well-being? There are a number of prosecutors honing in on all these scandals, so every week we await the next verse with baited breath! (((NUGS))) Fondly, Margie
