Bex World

 

I want your world

To be full of nice things

Soft fluffy bunnies

And diamonds and rings

 

Every day to be filled

With buckets and spades

Over-flowing with flowers

Sea shells and warm sunny days

 

Imagine a world

Where all nice dreams come true

This is the world

That I want for you

 

Bouncy castles, heroes, princes and kings

Perfect blue skies

And sea-sidey things

 

No nettles or wasps

Or things that might sting

No splinters or teardrops

Or any such thing

I liked the poem but i felt like there was something missing at the end. It seems like you are only listing things (some really nice things). However, i feel you might a little to wrap up. Something along the lines of "i wish all these for you/ because you have earned it" (off the top of my head) or something to show why you want them to have nice things- just to wrap up the poem.
But i enjoyed it very much so keep up the great work!

Boootiful.
My 17 year old passed her driving test yesterday, so one more thing to worry about.
If she fell as a tot I'd catch her before she hit the ground, used to soften her chewy sweets before giving them to her, breaking them into smaller than bite size pieces, put a man in one of Tescos freezer displays for nearly running her down ( twice) when she was but a tiny tot and have made the boyfriend more than aware that no harm must EVER come to her as I have spent every minute of the last 17 years keeping her safe.

congrats to you both my friend, dont time just fly and thanks for the visit... at 18 yrs mine spent six months in Colombia working with the street kids and orphans.. I initially tried to hide her passport but realised it was something she had to get out of her system... we went out at the end of her stay there for three weeks... very beautiful but scary too.... N

I’m so jealous! I can’t imagine a father that wished me anything but to leave home for good. I used to avoid reading this stuff becuz the contrast was too painful.
