Goodbye
The swifts the
swallows and the martins Arrived at
different times Each one of them
determined To extend their
personal goodbyes
…
During the
obligatory tete a tete They all agreed
he had no fear of dying Not like he had of
living yet another single day
…
On that note I never met a
braver man Who only ever once
admitted feeling sad Just a moment before
he let go and went his own way
…
After which The swifts the
swallows and the martins each departed having said farewell to an extra-ordinary Man
in their own ways
…
