The Pyramid of Longing

The Pyramid of Longing

A Poem by Neville
"

Nice shape that, why not lose yourself in it?

"

The Pyramid of Longing

It

was while

out exploring her

that my lips accidentally

stumbled upon the tiny hidden pulse

buried deep within the hollow of her ankle

It was surely then my dear friend that I realised

I want and need and long to forever be your lover

I'm too old to giggle, but I did. Yes, if a man's lips are exploring a lady's ankle, we should probably assume that the two are comfy together. What a great pyramid it is!

There's something very romatic about this, and the shape is very creative.

If I comment on a poem, that means I like it. Otherwise I don't say anything at all.

How anyone could resist a title like this, is beyond me! Such a little pleasure goes a long way...and to borrow J.P.'s words, "lucky girl"!
