Thailand and Malaysia! You are lucky Neville! I also drink mine black without any sugar, but since I'm a coffee lover why not try any kind of coffee? still I will order it WITHOUT sugar lol and yes Neville, it might be the only reason for that brief visit, at least if Your journey didn't go as You wanted it, still You had the best Penang White Coffee, what's better?

Penang White Coffee, sound tasty. I haven't left the USA since 2000. I would like a long vacation. I enjoyed the short tale Neville. Thank you for sharing your words and thoughts my friend.

A train journey which sounds very interesting, a cup of sweet white coffee when you prefer black and then the mystery. I'm sure the train journey was for more than coffee and then there is famous question mark ending your poem. Always much to ponder when reading your lines Neville. I was right there with you, looking at the scenery through the window Never been to Thailand.

I would imagine it has changed beyond all recognition. I had people staring at me in the street and some of the ladies touched my blonde hair. Hard to believe innit? I didn't see many Westerners there at all. A rare breed.
I will sip almost anything wet & warm from a cup *yum!* Especially if you recommend it! *wink! wink!* You tidbits are always unexpected & enjoyable (((NUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Great Neville. This oozes sweetness and you have drawn us in to your exotic world with a few well chosen words. You hint at another tale here that would be worth sharing! We have traveled through the tea plantations in Sri lanka by train several times which is very reminiscent.
All the best,
Alan
