She asked me for a love poem, I gave her these words & that was it, over.......

Painfully Yours

 

Now there’s pain

 

And there is pain

 

She said

 

Practice daily

 

Until you perfect the art

 

Perfect the art

 

She said

 

Then all women

 

Whoever and wherever

 

They might be shall want you

might be taken on the surface .. too lightly ... but here he presents himself with his poem .."Painfully your" ... oh how many ways it can be taken ... to many to number says i .. and she in reply says ... you don't know nothin' buddy ... but if you work at it ..perhaps you will come close ... for me here is the woman .. she is all women .. who know pain more deeply than men can feel ... we simply are too glib, callous and simple minded to appreciate the subtle nuances of pain ... i love this poem sir! its an open canvas within a framework to guide ones start ... like it a lot sir!

'Painfully yours", is two words. Was that the love poem you gave her? The rest of your lines appear to be her response. First reaction:Blooming short poem, second thought, pain and love don''t make good bed partners. Third thought, she wasn't impressed and told you to practice. Fourth thought, did all those women want you after you' d put more effort in? Now that's where you took me on a dull, wet Wednesday afternoon Neville.
