Uneasy

Uneasy

A Poem by CoveredInLies

Flanked by the emotions
Welling up inside
Threatening to overflow
To reveal my true colors

I swallow my fear
My anger and my hurt
Push them down
As far down as possible

They bubble and boil in the pit of my stomach
Leaving me restless and uneasy
I can not express them
For I fear I will regret them
