Just another day in hell

A poem written as a song, with mixed cross-rhymes. Sorta old...

Safe me from this infernal of a hell
deeper into the darkness i just fell
Shadows moving, playing with my mind
I wish i could the happiness find
its like a nightmare where i cant wake up

This isnt me, i cant recognize myself
Dont know if anyone can help
One day it'll all be gone

I need someone to carry me away
Turn all my shadows of night to day
Needing hope, needing faith
but feeling sorrow, feeling hate

Maybe not the best, but I'd really appreciate your opinion about it.
Still, keep in mind it's an old poem, bad grammar, I know...
