SmileA Poem by Sunset GirlTo all the little things that bring the biggest smilesA hand-made heart With a name only you can read.
An old plastic ring in a jewelry box That you’ll throw away.
The bear on the shelf That’s mean so much.
A song on the radio That has the best memories.
A picture from years ago That can never be redone.
An inside joke That never gets old.
A stretch of road You love to drive.
A ray of sun Thru the stormy clouds.
The sun on your face When it’s cold outside.
Sounds of spring After the seemingly long winter.
The unused coffee mug You don’t want to fade.
An old note You let pop-up at random.
The voice and face You know by heart.
Things so small So meaningless to some.
Can bring the biggest, truest smile And light up your face.
