It's amazing how;
One look

Can bring someone into your life.

Can keep someone in your life.

And then;

One text
One visit
Can change your life forever.

And it all goes back to that;
One look

Without them you wouldn't be here.

Many look under the big rocks to find the meanings of this life. Much of it is found under the little ones. Pain or pleasure, perceived good or bad, it's the little things that influence the major emotions of life...Sometimes we enjoy these emotions so we think of them often giving them more power...Thinking about them less can take the power away from the ones not found to be pleasant, but either way the power they can have over us can be life changing... This is amazing self care...
