going through all the stuff

in my room, packing up to go

i come across a picture

strewn in the corner

the glass is cracked

looking at the picture

i see our smiling faces

you look different

i remember that day

you told me everything

i remember hoping it would go away

i wonder what your doing now

i've seen you around

you pretend not to notice

but i see you looking

you pretend to be happy

but i see you frowning
