when they die

when they die

A Poem by NessaJO
"

i wrote this as my grandpa was dieing in the hospital. i wish with everything in me that i could tell him how much i love him

"

Death is not fare.
Death comes to take away the ones we love.
He does not have mercy for the ones left behind.
He plain out does not care about you or me.

They are the ones that life has been taken from, not you.

Live like they want you to,
Happy and prosperous.

Please don't die along with them.  Your body may be
moving and breathing.  Everyone around you
See's you as alive.  Inside your truly dead.
Your soul is gone and your body remains.
Sometimes, living as if your dead is worse that death it's self.
