how do I

i wrote this when i regretted leaving the church

I've slipped back into the world.  

I've gone back to my old ways.  

I don't like some of the things I do now.  

I'm back to the old me.  

Before Christ came into my life.  

It wasn't all rules and regulations.  

There was some fun to it.  

I just want to know, how do I go back to the way things where before.
I'm lost.  I'm gone.  How could I have gone back to that?  

I love you lord, please don't leave me lonely.  

I feel like no one cares.  

I want to know, how do I go back to the way things where before.
Does anyone care?  Is there anyone here?  I'm all alone.  

Where has my faith gone?  

Has it left along with my friends and family.  

I want them all back.  I want to go back to the way things where before.
I heard a soft voice whisper in my ear,

"Even though you have nothing. Just come to me and repent, I will forgive you.  I will be your friend.  I will be your family.  I will restore your faith.      
I will not leave you lonely, you are my child.  

I can make your life the way it was before, with me."
