Intro - Only One Night

My Sister's Best Friend's Boyfriend

 

"Are you okay sweetie?" Adrian lightly knocked on the door. I could hear Miguel's heavy steps outside the door as well.

I wiped my mouth one more time and flushed the toilet.

 

 "Yeah, I'm fine. Go ahead back to the party, I'll be okay, I'm going to lay down for a while". I then heard whispering near the door then Miguel's silky voice.

 

"Adrian is going to tell Sarah that you're okay, and I'll wait out here so I can make sure you're okay," Miguel's voice poured into the secluded bathroom. I didn't respond, for I felt I was going to puke again.

 

Ten minutes passed and I got up to look in the mirror. My face was make-up smeared, sleep deprived and apple red. I washed my face and shoved a towel to my face. I finally emerged and slugged into my room. Miguel was laying on my bed. Wait... Miguel is on MY BED..? He looked up at me and smiled.

 

"Are you steady?". He stood proudly stood and took me by the hand. All I could do was give in, for he was too strong and I was too weak to refuse.

 

I replied, "I think so, but why are you... out of all people helping me?". He hesitated.

 

"I can't be nice for someone once in a while?" He smiled seductively and I was about to pass out. He lowered me onto my bed and covered me with my big comforter. He sat on the edge of my bed and I think he could tell that I was drifting off to sleep.

 

"Charice... I..." Before he finished his sentence, I was too sleepy to comprehend his words.

Good intro, gives the reader just enough information to want to know more about characters and the relationship between them. Keep writing:)
