Last Straw

Last Straw

A Poem by Nathaniel Taylor
"

This poem is about how today, my brother managed to drive me to the point where I refuse to call him such. Point of clarification though. This should simulate the feelings toward him.

"

You are not my brother

You exist without purpose

You choose against humanity

You fight against purity

Where you belong is poverty

Your beliefs reflect insanity

I wish for your oblivion

Claiming to be my mother’s son

Bringing but pain and disgrace

It is me you now face

My patience lasted twenty years

But even that eventually tears

My wish is you would die today

Bringing peace to our mother
