M for MisfitA Poem by GhaniaI always wonder...~M for misfit All the times I think, where did I miss, to fit. When they hurried to their boys, laughing boisterously, I preferred to stay with my girl, that's where I misfit. When they caked up their faces, Liner, base or highlighter that laces, Here I stand with my braces, I guess it was where, I misfit. Girls, talkative, boys, robotic, I preferred my arctic. Short hair, heightened buns, or Clothed hair, I preferred mine, flow long, long in layers. The groups they keep, suffocate me, My breathing uneven, irritates me. The parties thrown, glimmered and savoured. My work load is there, to keep me laboured. They snicker and smirk, appearing hot. While my chuckle and smile dissolves in a clot. I prefer mine, yet it never shines, For, I am misfit. And here I know the answer, I'll never belong here, for I am an M M for Misfit.
