The Power of the Sun

It shines it's light and brightens my day.

It lights my way out of the darkest day.

The power it gives runs our world.

What it does is light our world.

I love to lay in it's rays.

I love to go to the sunny bays.

I love to sit in the sand.

I love to listen to the water's band.

There is nothing better than soaking in the sun.

Just soaking it in like a bun.

To take in all it's mighty power.

Although it may leave you feeling sour.
