The ego is very serious about everything.

Your soul on the other hand loves to laugh,

have fun,

to flow

and to be.

Even the most serious task

do it with flow,

laughter

and fun.

If you think it’s serious,

hard,

difficult

and depressing,

it is not you

but the ego 

running the show.

Choose to be,

to flow,

to love,

to laugh.
