Departure

Departure

A Poem by Nephillm

As you were leaving silently
My heart was departed from me
I tried to cry out loud
But was muted with grief without a doubt
I forgot to breath
Because of my fate's deed
Emotions were flowing in vein
I couldn't let go these in vain

When you were saying goodbye
I felt like about to die
Dreams crushed against the ground
Broken into pieces, filled with wound
I was in the middle of nowhere
Just dare enough to stare
Leaving me in the loneliness' desert
Like hoping you was not the thing that I deserve.
