The passage The Sheep and the Goats from the Gospel of Matthew highlights the idea that God believes in justice for all people. In this passage, it is told that every person should give food to the hungry, shelter strangers, give drink to the thirsty, take care of the sick, clothe the naked, and visit imprisoned people. Jesus emphasizes that the persons destiny depends on deeds he or she has done during his or her life. The main idea of the passage is that the duty of people is to do social justice. People should help the needy because they depend on generosity and hospitality of the society. This passage aims to persuade people that they should take care not only of themselves but also of other individuals. Otherwise, every opposite action will have its consequences. It is impossible to be indifferent or even cruel and not to pay for this in future. According to this passage, every person, who will show mercy, will be welcomed into eternal life because, as Jesus explains, by helping his brothers and sisters, people help him. It is necessary to remember that God watches every action; therefore, to be a person that will be welcomed into eternal life, it is important to show generosity, hospitality, mercy, and forgiveness.

According to the passage The Sheep and the Goats, it is clear enough that each person should help other people who are in need and desperate. Hence, in order to be more effective at doing justice, it is necessary to equally distribute attention and various resources that I can provide. I should not ignore people who need help. Moreover, I should try to share my knowledge of social justice with the younger generation. I believe that I should set a good example to other people. To do this, it is vital to be attentive as well as respectful and provide help when necessary. Also, I should be generous and give something to other people. Nowadays, many people suffer from poverty, and some of them are even unable to buy food. It is extremely important to help adults and children for them to have normal living conditions. Even such small gesture can change the persons life. There are numerous real life examples that prove that it is impossible to predict what role someone's kindness will play in someones life.

From the leader's perspective, in professional life, it is possible to do justice by helping people who need it most. It is necessary to provide equal opportunities for all employees. In any area, there are many cases when people suffer, however, they are unable to protect their own rights. My duty, as well as any leaders duty, is to pay attention to oppressed people and provide them with equal opportunities. Such opportunities should be related to all possible aspects including financial and moral aspects and physical working conditions. I should pay particular attention to various biases related to race, gender or other factors. For example, this week I can think of the specific programs that will raise cultural awareness and unify the team in order to avoid various biases. The unbiased atmosphere can be created by showing movies about cruel outcomes of injustice or biases. Moreover, each team member (a worker or a student) can tell a story of how biased attitudes are common in the modern life and how they can be eliminated. Furthermore, I can gather some products and give them to the poor. To do this, I can ask my relatives, friends or neighbors to assist me. It is necessary to help not only because it is your job, but because people need our attention.
