A Poem by moonfae
"

i'd die if you loved me.... let me be your sacrifice, angel of death

"
help me forget my endless weeping
help me forget my never-ending sadness
please kiss me or kill me, they both are the same thing
you are the cure for my pounding head
your eyes see right inside me, you know what to do
tell me what you really think, hiss it in my ear
how i am a reusable plastic bag in your mind
how i am a corrupted angel- a hypocrite in white robes
throw me in the river of forgetting, watch me thrash against the tide
merciful angel of death, deliver me from this evil
place a knife against my neck and laugh when blood pours
hear my screams of agony and consider it porn
bitter sanguine fluid takes me to another world
lavender skies, cotton candy clouds, crystal castles and mermaid lagoons
instead of the devil the divine mother waits
oh saint of light, let me follow you and i shall pray
i shall pray that i will become half as good as you
and then will i be loved? will i float? will i fly?
the taste of cough syrup brings me back to hell
your voice is sickly sweet and dripping
as you force poison covered with sugar down my throat
i know i am dying when i look up and see around your head a golden halo
