Theft

Theft

A Poem by NeilSHowe

Overhead,
A head barring teeth,
And wide eyes,
Arms reaching,
Clawing at self,
And enemies.
Some within.
Some without.
Faces or souls,
Wretched and attacking,
Veins and brains,
Withdrawal and lacking.
A fix.
