WE ARE ALONE

Some revers psychology.

I cringe to the thought that I am not alone in this world,
when I weep, or when I sigh,
when I show that I am unhappy,
You are all there for me,
coming closer to cradle me to your side,
you all comfort me, and for that I am grateful
but please don' be distasteful.
Slow your words whisper away in my ear
"You are not alone"
you understand the way I talk,
the way I see the world, 
with this being said I do not understand why you cannot see how I am upset 
I weep in a corner waiting to be loved not because of the words that people have said to me
I sit and cry because the reality of the world has begun to hit me
I am not alone
That
is the problem.
The world see's as a member of the group of humanity 
not as an individual,
you all say I was born special, but then you say that I am not alone.
I am not alone,
I am no more than a face in the crowds that we roam through each day?
Why do you all think that I cannot decipher the words that you all say to me everyday?
I do not wish to be against the presence of others,
nor do I want to be in a world without you all by my side in the times and place
but I want to know that I am alone,
I am an individual,
I am unique,
I am important 
I 
can 
make
a 
difference
in the world
I do not want to hear you all say that I am alone.
I have you all by my side, but you all must understand that you need to let me fly 
you need to let me see the world
the good the bad 
the wicked, the good
the happy the sad
the hard and the easy 
the things that will make me go mad.
I want to feel the pain of life
the kiss of living 
and the rush of choice,
but for all of these things I must make my own decisions, 
I musn't have any influence of this and that 
of him and her
of you or them,
I must do it alone 
there is a time and a place
We are not alone 
but when we need to stand out, to show the world and each other the wonders of or talents
our uniqueness
our individuality,
WE ARE ALONE 
That isn't' a bad thing, it is what we need to grow into to conquer our wildest imaginations.

This isn't my best work, but i still think you all will enjoy it, if there are any suggestions on how to make this poem better, I am always open to your opinions. :)

When we learn. The world is getting smaller and we need everyone to come together for peace. Or war will create separation and many will find death alone. I like your energy and the goal of your words. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
