Craziness

Craziness

A Poem by Ned Yboa

Do I have to smile every time I want to cry?

Do I have to pretend until I gone senile?

To have a fairy tale-like life story,

I forgot that it was impossible for me.

I am a wanderer of time and space

Hoping to turn the bad into better days

Making my reality a fantasy;

My fantasy a reality.

They wield swords to slay dragons

Saving their lives from destruction

But little did they know

I raise monsters to end my own

I set on a journey to search for happiness

But what I found is sadness

I desperately fight for freedom

But boy, I lost against boredom

My life was nothing

But full of pretensions and lies

I chose to run and hide

Because I am afraid to show my craziness inside
