The Application Form

The application form made me think in a different perspective

Since wheels of life keep on rolling,however
It has to cross path full of bumps and depression
I reluctantly reached to fill a form
For an IT firm job application

Getting hit hard by reality of life
Brought some weird thought to my mind
Looking at the information to be filled
I wished to fill it in a more realistic kind

In the name column,I so urged to write
Who is going to remember if I breathe my last
Permanent address they enquired,
I live in the memories of my past

Hobby, just reliving the failure incidents
Inviting more of self doubt and pain
Past experience? Ohh just don't ask me to
Narrate the mishaps happened to me again

Then, I just half heartedly scribbled some info
That according to people are called appropriate
And pasted a photograph masked with smile
Necessary for the good impression I needed to create
