A dream?

I dream of you
Who once held me close
In time of love a time of life

Touch me any way you like
My body and soul is yours
My heart is always yours I said

My love flows for you
Like the tail of a comet
Burns like a sun

Were you a dream?
I often wonder
One that I never wanted..
To end

Have I now woken
Into life?
A life with out you
The answer yes?

A gut wrenching yes
So I remain
So I still dream
A dream that will forever Mock me

My one, my dearest, my hope
I once watched you sleep
And wondered if you dream of me
Now I can only dream of you

My heart and soul now sleep
Lost in space
But always dreaming of you
