The Dark

The Dark

A Poem by Nathan

Brightest Days

Turn to darkest nights

The moon itself will hide in fear

For the darkness is an eternal fear

That even the moon cannot bare

So if the moon will run and hide

What hope is there for us

Will we run in fear as the moon does

Or perhaps we will over come it

just as the sun does

As it rises from the shadows

Piercing the darkness
