And You Said Hi

And You Said Hi

And You Said Hi

It should’ve been simple, really

All you were doing was saying Hi

But that look in your brown eyes made it

So that the moment was something so much more

Than what I anticipated to come from such a simple word

How should I have been prepared for that look in

Your eyes exploded with a million fireworks

All packaged with care and affection

I couldn’t help smiling with you

Oh, your smile, all the goddesses

In Olympus would’ve envied you’re smile

Your red hair cascaded perfectly next to your face

How is it possible for someone to be this caring, this beautiful

Then, you, with eyes filled with oceans of emotions

Parted your lips to say something, but what

Could come from someone so beautiful

To compare to their appearance?

The world held the breaths of billions

Waiting to hear what wonders were of to come

You looked on intently, caring, with your hair perfect

Your perfect smile widened, then two simple letters changed the listening world

And you said, “Hi.”

Am I new? Yes. How old am I? Why would I ever say. Where do I live? Like it says: the Canadian bit of Antarctica. Will I accept read requests? I guess *shrug* as long as you comment on my stuff.. more..
