Journey With Words

I wrote the first line and then rolled with it

Many a time I sit and start to write,

sometimes with background music in my head

or my ears;

other times in deafening silence

yes that does exist.

Whatever the case I just journey with words

let em guide me to their destination preferred.

& depending on the left or rights taken,

I could arrive anywhere between

ignorance and introspection.

For now, for this moment of which I’m typing,

in my mind r these words & I’m gonna dive in.

it’s a form of release,

breathing out;

unloading

the days hell

in a moment brief

but one that fulfills me.

As stresses dissipate,

I’m taking a deserved break,

However momentary,

it is mine & u cant take it from me.

moment of bliss,

my moment of hit, never miss,

& like my future bride

I’ll cherish words for being with me,

& pledge 2 never leave their side.
