Moon's fairest daughter: Worldly 'junk' can lure the most righteous person away. It is such a beautiful writing. It's packed full of frustration and sadness at the way we allow ourselves to fall into that pit of empty desire. The metaphor of gingerbread men is brilliant, and unfortunately greed leads the way for too many. 'But not for free love' is so profound, but it does exist, I believe. For everything to be transparent: honesty and kindness to be in the forefront of our mind would change the world. Every line is a plea for hope. Your ending is beautiful. Great writing & Congratulations. Well deserved. Thank you so very much! Dale

I like the poem. You write about life and real world with realistic thoughts and terms. So many statements stood out. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry. Always a pleasure to read your words and thoughts.

If you're a dreamer, come in
If you're a dreamer, a wisher, a liar
A hope er, a pray-er, a magic bean buyer,
If you're a pretender, come sit by my fire
For we have some flax-golden tales to spin
