I see a goddess reciting this poem while imagining of her pirate lover. Haha I don't know if this is the character your crafted in your story but this poem is really good. It seem to talk about lovers waiting and longing to be reunited with each other again. Well done.
Your words carried me into a place of peace, deep peace beyond the limits of this world. So tenderly moving, flowers awakening, life surrendering. And then to hope that your book is still awakening; that would be a deep joy for all of us here.

Very beautifully written. I loved it! I particularly liked the imagery "his pale hand clasping around my beating heart" You have really enhanced the beauty of the moon through your writing. Keep up the good work.
Your poems allways have something that makes me feel them very familiar. I like the nature within your poem, makes me stay on its verses all the day, like a beautiful field full of wild flowers or a talk with a girl on a river bank (definetelly something you [men] never want to end).
You make me curious about that book, and now I'll be waiting to read it... Also, you make me curious about that character.
Can you teach me to be that romantic? So maybe some girl could fall in love with me ;)

I really like the title. It has a strong mood to it. Reading it gave me a good, nocturnal feeling as though I was by the ocean and looking up at the moon.
If you're a dreamer, come in
If you're a dreamer, a wisher, a liar
A hope er, a pray-er, a magic bean buyer,
If you're a pretender, come sit by my fire
For we have some flax-golden tales to spin
