For thousands upon thousands of years i have been trapped in this prison. No doors... No windows... Just walls without a corner for me to hide in. Although I am visible to all who glances my way, And I beg silently for my release, They pay no attention to me. This prison. It seems so beautiful and serene to those who stop and look upon it. But the face behind the bar appears to be nil. I am a living being too! I too become angery! And you DO anger me when you send your physicians up here to examine me and then walk all over me. Man has claimed me and make me their's, But I belong to no one but my creator. My face you will always see when you look up in the deep darkness in the sky... Surrounded by billions sherifs and officers. Will anyone have mercy? Will any one ever know my name? Or will I always be seen and known as... The Man In The Moon? © 2008 Nansi LondonFeatured Review
