The Jewel Of The Bahamas

I was encourage to write an acrostic about my country of present residence, the city really. And here it is, a little something about Nassau Bahamas...enjoy.

Cherry Bougainvilleas…
Flamboyant Flamingos...dancing in the bay...

The enticing fragrance of a neighbor’s pot…
Bare feet but a step away from the turquoise tears of nature

Palm trees and Coco Plumb bushels…
Mangos and Coconuts budding in twos and threes…

The balmy embrace of the sun’s rays embedded in the sparkling pink sand…
All engorge this heart with my perpetual love for Nassau…
