A little something for Norse mythology

Our lives may be mortal

But our souls are eternal

Death is only the start....

 

Warriors rise to the corpse hall

To feast with the mighty Odin

Fighting for Valhalla,

It's the Einherjar's calling

Follow the Valkyrie

Into the battle of Ragnarok

Welcome the end

Author's Note

I know Einherjar do not follow the Valkyrie into battle, but I honestly thought that was a beautiful way to word it, so please bear with me?

an interesting view point. Unfortunately I don't know much about Norse mythology so I can't give a completely accurate review, but it's still seems like an interesting poem.
