Chaotic

Chaotic

A Poem by Nandawula Regine Kabali-Kagwa
"

This is what self-doubt feels like.

"
Chaotic

She can't explain the black and white seas of Her soul
So He won't understand why His colorful skies couldn't change them

She can't explain Her mind of heavy storms and wild chaos
So He won't understand why His sunny climates never tingle them a little bit

But She can tell Him...

That She believes that she is color blind
Because Her rainbows have been swallowed by Her fierce seas

That She believes that she is Winter
Because Her brightness has been destroyed by Her destructive thoughts

He lost her
