Light of Hope

It doesn't matter if you are alone because you can only save yourself....

‘Light of Hope’

Lost in the shadows,

Lost in the darkness.

 

No beam of light,

No sign of help.

 

Locked in the darkness,

Tears shining like stars.

 

Screaming for help,

Waiting to be saved.

 

No beam of light,

No sign of help.

Realized no one shall come to the darkness to save,

Realized I am the Light of Hope myself.

 

I can only save myself.

 

Found a way to get out of the shadows,

Found a way to the brightness.

 

I am the beam of light,

I am the sign of help.

 

Broke the chains that held me tight in the darkness,

Smiling brightly.

 

People screaming for me,

People waiting for me.

 

Proved the world wrong,

And I am the Light of Hope…
