A Chapter by Namaa Hammond

Sleeping in dust, acid and chains
Sits a Locust, in ashes he drained
The orator left no mercy and drowned
From ashes to ashes they all fell down
The beggar and piper still remained

Pretentious sinners and benevolent believers
Sent various splinters for them to deliver
These sacred blisters sent the hellhound to sever
Every conquering man spellbound and whom slither
A waking breath had shaken by the acre

The halcyon winds silenced the dead
Birds and crown-less kings spiraled thy head
Harmonies and art in forms of concussions
Painting words with blood until they were lesions
Remember what the beggar and the piper said

Down by the river and oe'r the valleys
Sunset of amber and rain is barely
Remembering what was left of the maid
Disentering was her body from the grave
The two pipers heard and played as an army

The wind stopped blowing and the moon collapsed
The birds were silent and the roosters gasped
The night sky is dead and the levee ran dry
Leaving the earth on a thread to cry

When the clouds stitched red and the sky drained
All that was left were skeleton remains
Ashes to ashes the sky fell down
Oe'r thy heads of the fish whom drowned
The sea was created by the maid and reign

The above lines were my favorite. So many good visions create by your words. I like the honest and directness in your poetry and thoughts. The hardness of scene create by your powerful description bring to life each situation and place. No weakness in the outstanding poetry.
