Morning star

Morning star

A Poem by Najam Us Saher
"

Rising sun brings a hope

"
MORNING STAR
She hides her pain really well,
When her happiness turns to sadness you can never tell.
She has seen worse days,
Her life changed, her mind in a state of haze.
She lost all her hope,
Her extreme emotions she couldn't cope,
She was left alone all by herself,
No one knows her, than myself.
She suffered in silence,
There was no one for her guidance,
She was blamed by all,
She blamed herself for her fall.
She was dead inside,
She felt alone to have no one by her side.
She has spent miserable days,
Till today she seeks a perfect place.
Every good thing in her was forgotten,
Even she forgot them,
She started to hate herself,
In her melancholy she was engulfed.
Her smile is lost,
Her heart is still covered in frost,
Her life is messed and shabby,
She just wants to be happy.
She still hopes for the better days,
She hopes she will fit in a perfect place.
She smiles even when her heart is in scars,
Each day she rises up in hope;
For her name means morning star.

....................Nice!!!!
She is brave and has courage and patience. The poem tell the true picture of people's behaviour with a woman. The poem also reflect the writing of Maulana Rashdul Khairiat, a feminist Indian writer of 20th century. It is a very heart touching and filled with emotion and pain of a respected woman for another woman. Thanks for sharing this lovely piece of writing.

You are welcome. I loved this poem.
It reminds of a girl who is suffering from a mental illness and is hiding it away from others... no one understands her, she blames herself for everything wrong, she tries to live life hoping that one day things will get better but who knows... she still have to smile for the world and still coexist with outhes but deep down... the pain is still there.... this reminds me of myself. It's speaks to me... amazing job!!!

That's exactly what I am going through.
She was left alone all by herself,
No one knows her, than myself.
She suffered in silence,
There was no one for her guidance,
She was blamed by all,
She blamed herself for her fall.

These are my favorite lines coz I've gone through the same process. Blaming myself for my failures, but not being able to tell anyone about this because I don't trust them. I kept asking God when will this pain ends - until one day I see what the pain means to a friend and me.

Wandering in darkness makes light more precious - you may not feel it now, but one day you will! The reason for the existence of night, is to glorify dawn - keep your hope, keep going.

sadness overload but never without a hope... Nice poem... Truly each star faded when the sun rise up, but they were just seem to be... Know by heart that they were still there... Swimming at the sea colored sky...

AH, the suffering of the spheres! It is good when we can 'identify' and have our troubles eased. This is a wonderful poem to read first thing in the morning. Over here, the Morning Star, has just faded away into the sky as the day lights up.
