Blight-Stream

Blight-Stream

A Poem by Vague
"

Thoughts with context switches.

"
"Shaking, muttering, unholy things - scared.
The anger needs - ignited - rolling seas.
Where?"

As he moves within the beast-
Nodding off, again; never faced

He's scrolled off the screen, forgotten
Everything he was

Tangled matted flesh
A few bits of rotting enamel

I’m watching you foolishly stand between
Lovely sunset crashes in my gaze

I visit from time to time
Watching, toying with unkempt memories of you

Leave without putting them away properly

This poem is like a flashlight panning a fading gloom-dream.

I like your qualifier "context switches" and have one of those fiendish thingies too!
;-)

It also makes me think of a Radiohead Amnesiac dropped on his head 'midst tech detritus and left for dead.

Enigmatic after-images, thy name is "Blight-Stream."

About
I just thought I'd try letting other people besides close friends read my poems. I think from what I've seen so far I can expect constructive responses. Some of the longer ones are old and not reall.. more..
