Looking Beyond

Time has flown nine months and over,

Since, to my dear wife ‘Twas all over,

My caring children, loving me all over,

To get, past the past and start all over.

 

While did it take me some time,

To realise that it’s only that time,

Which takes you through all the ups and downs,

That we need to coast without any frowns.

 

Started to look afresh and beyond,

To connecting old friends with great fond!

Striking good relations and building anew,

Wholeheartedly with love, that is true!

 

Starting the next innings with clean slate,

Not worrying about what’s there in the fate,

With hope and vigour of the erstwhile youth,

Believing in self is great and the real truth.

 

Am now sure that make a mark I will,

Peers and friends are there for me still,

As I start to repay to the society at my will,

Now I find Looking Beyond is a great thrill!!
