Prologue

The town of Springfield is a very happy town. No burglaries, murders, nor fights of any sort. Unexpectedly, a very unsettling thing has happened to Jane Laural. At least that what she thinks of it. Her parents have let a total stranger into their home for the summer. Living Language Exchange, is what its called. For a couple of weeks it was fine, then all of a sudden, people of all ages and animals end up missing. They eventually show, but not looking very lively. The town of Springfield is in a total frenzy and it's up to Jane to figure out whose doing it. Who knows, it might be someone that lives down the hall from her very own room..
