Not really a poem but oh well.

Everyone has their down days and up days. Some days may last weeks, months, maybe years. But just remember. No matter what. You are you. Not that person across the street, not that person you met the other day by accident. You're brave and I will ALWAYS remember that you are.

But I know how dark some days maybe. Yes, people experence things differently, but that doesn't mean it is not similar.
