Lullaby to Bring Him HomeA Poem by N.Sevilla
Hush, hush, little one,
Keep your cries at whispers. Look at Papa, big and strong, He keeps his cries at whispers. Papa loves music, I sang him to me. Papa loved our music When we became three. Now Papa sings his own song On the battlefield where he roams. Bullets sang his goodbye And their silence calls him home.
