Savoring Pain

Savoring Pain

A Poem by N.Sevilla

How sweetly your teardrops taste
As they fall down your cheeks.
I thirst for them, those tears.
They leave me begging for more.
How wonderful your screams are.
They are music to my ears.
In the day I dance to the
Screaming.
At night I dance to your
Wails.
And one night (the best time of all)
I will creep onto your bed.
So quietly I will wrap my hands
Around your throat
And listen to you struggle.
My smile will widen
As the light leaves your eyes.
There will be darkness within you,
The kind only a dead man can have,
The kind only
The Living Dead can have:
The living who feed off
The Dead.

Really like this poem. It is so tormented and brutal and yet brilliant... one can feel the emotion bursting from every line and place oneself in the position to experience such dark and twisted thoughts.. overall good write

Absolutely loved this. The format was so perfect, the words flowed so well together. Great read.
