This is a poem I wrote a long time ago, after having witnessed too many times how a friend's family fucked up her life...

In the moonlight of the Blood Raven

We perish by their blackened ways

The raven rises and dives to attack

And the soul of light decays

In the moonlight of the Blood Raven

Our agony holds the key

To unlock their bitter hatred

And drown the mortal in the crimson sea

In the moonlight of the Blood Raven

Our destiny is sealed

From man to man they teach their deeds

And truth, once more revealed
